Have I mentioned that I wholesale my crayons? I’d love to work with you and have my crayons in your shop. They are made from repurposed crayons that I sort through. They are hand pour into my custom made silicone mold. Not only is it fun to color with your very own critter, but you are getting your own piece of art. I had the most fun designing and sculpting each animal and hope to bring more to you soon!

I have to admit, it’s mostly been error at this point, but I will figure you out crayons. In doing so, I’m learning about wax, soap, acids, and all that stuff, which has to be valuable in some way. I guess I’d like you to know that art is full of screw ups and mishaps, but that’s okay. It’s okay. Crayons, I will master you.
Well, first off I’m really bad with updating everything right now and it feels like eons have passed since I’ve posted anything.
Second, I’m currently evaluating my process and what I’d like to do with my crayons and I’m not entirely happy with how things are working out.
Third, I’ve been in my test kitchen and am working on producing my own crayon wax! See the photo above? Yeah, I made that wax! but I’m not happy yet with the finished product. Like I said, test kitchen and I’m testing different waxs, ratios and soaps.
See I feel more comfortable knowing what’s going on. I love the idea of using recycled crayons, but I’m terrible at sourcing them out. Well not terrible, but I’d like to expand and bring my crayons to more shops, but also have time. See it takes a lot of time to sort out crayons, cut the paper off, and clean them.. by the time I’m done I get a little sad with how little the quantity actually produces. I guess I still need to get my recipe down, but I’m feeling pretty confident that I can find a happy ratio for my animal friends.
Oh and what am I going to do with all the recycled crayons I have left and premade crayons? Well, I was thinking of assembling some surprise grab bags and putting them up for sale at a reduced cost and donating, but I’ll post more on that once I get to that point.

Crafty Wonderland, it’s tomorrow and I couldn’t be more excited about it! I’ll be in booth 16 with a bunch of different coloring options to go with your crayons this time around. Not to forget, but I know have a squid shaped crayon that I couldnt be more pleased with. So come stop by and say hello. I’ll be manning my booth by myself this time around and would love to send you home with an array of animals.
Hey, look what I have for sale! You can now buy a fox print of your own to color. I even have an option to buy one with a rainbow crayon of your choosing, what could be better?
it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on here. Not much has gone on, except that I’ve been working on more designs to pair with my crayons.
I’m currently working on making some of my illustrations into 5x7 postcards that can be sent and colored by you or the recipient. Pictured above is a #calvingram I made for people this Valentine’s Day and kind of a test for this idea. I’m just figuring out which designs I want to use.

Hello friends!
I must say I’m very excited about this New Year. I’ve been working on some fun, sort of secret projects lately and can’t wait to share them with everyone. One thing I can say is that this year I’m going to do something with my coloring book! You know, that one I started last year and have sitting on the backburners. There are some exciting developments for it, and I can’t wait to bring this to the public (It will happen).
Another thing I wanted to let you know of is where you can buy my crayons. I’m currently in three retail stores:
You can also buy them online:
Well world, it’s been a while since I’ve updated. Now that Crafty Wonderland is over, I can rest a bit, but of course, now I have more ideas of what to do in the future. In case you missed the show, or don’t live in Portland I do still have my crayons for sale on my etsy as well as online at buyolympia. There is probably still time to order them as gifts!
Hey Look, that’s the table (booth 73) me and Meg Hunt will be at for this year’s Crafty Wonderland! Come visit us this Saturday or Sunday and say hi. We’ll have lots of stuff and I have a few goodies for people too.
